Ranger Fleet MGMT is a browser-based SaaS service. By enrolling, you enter into Sawbuck Software's subscription, privacy, and billing terms. Please review and acknowledge each item before purchase.

§1 — Documents in Effect

Two documents govern your relationship with Sawbuck Software:

Terms of Service — covers account conduct, subscription billing, intellectual property, limitations of liability, termination rights, and governing law.
Privacy Policy — explains what personal, business, fleet, GPS, dispatch, storefront, and billing data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it, and which sub-processors may handle it.

No separate EULA applies. Ranger Fleet MGMT is fully browser-based and requires no desktop installation.

§3 — Consent Standard (Clickwrap)

Sawbuck Software uses clickwrap consent: each box below requires your explicit action. Acceptance is recorded with timestamp, IP address, product name, and document version.

§7 — Your Acknowledgments (all required)

I confirm I am enrolling in Ranger Fleet MGMT through Sawbuck Software and that this is the correct product for my fleet operations use. I have read the Privacy Policy and understand how fleet, route, GPS, dispatch, storefront, account, and billing data may be collected and processed. I have read the Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by the subscription, acceptable-use, billing, termination, and limitation-of-liability terms. I understand my payment method will be charged the monthly base subscription plus any metered sync charges until I cancel. I understand sync charges apply only to write operations that update Sawbuck Software records, such as creating dispatch orders, assigning assets, confirming deliveries, saving ledger entries, and syncing to WyattERP. Read-only map viewing, dashboard viewing, reports, and navigation are never sync events. I understand that material Terms or Privacy updates may require re-acceptance before continued use.
